ORDERING

When you are ready to complete your purchase, simply go to Checkout and follow these steps to place your order.

FOR REGISTERED USERS

If you are a returning customer and have an account at theNSXshop, please sign in using your email address and password and you will be taken directly to the first Checkout tab.

FOR NON-REGISTERED USERS

If you are not registered, you can proceed without creating an account or you can create an account.

BILLING AND SHIPPING TAB

Enter your billing information as it appears on your credit card statement. Your credit card will not be accepted without the appropriate billing address and telephone number. If you are a returning customer, your billing address will automatically appear on the Billing and Shipping page. If the shipping address is different than the billing address, enter the address where you would like your order shipped.

SHIPPING OPTIONS

From the options provided, select from the shipping methods that are available for the item(s) you wish to purchase.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

At this time, you must verify your address information is correct, review your order and then enter your payment method and click "Checkout".

PURCHASE SUMMARY

After you complete the checkout process, the Purchase Summary page confirms details of the order you have placed and also provides you with a Purchase Summary reference number. We recommend that you print this Purchase Summary page for your records as it may be needed for order references.

ORDER AND SHIPMENT CONFIRMATIONS

You will receive an order confirmation email which will include an order number - you can use this to track your order in My Account. Once your items have been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with details of which item/items have been sent.

SHIPPING POLICIES

Unless you specify an alternative delivery option the goods will be dispatched by UPS Standard.

We shall endeavour to dispatch the goods to you as soon as possible after you place your order (subject to the order having been accepted by us as will be confirmed to you by email), normally within 2 working weeks or less if the goods are in stock, and in any event we will send an email if the item is placed on backorder, with a date if possible*.

As soon as the goods are delivered to you, you are responsible for them.

SHIPPING METHODS

theNSXshop understands that each country and customer has their own personal choice for shipment. We offer both UPS, FedEx, and EMS for our transportation of goods. Depending on the item, we will be using the needed shipping method. For example, for Bumpers, bonnets, diffusers, struts (dampers) or long items that are over 150cm, we will be using UPS/FedEx

theNSXshop is not responsible for any loss shipments due to your postal service if sent using your country’s postal service. A signature is required when receiving the package*

We will though follow up in case of any issues do arise.

theNSXshop is NOT responsible for duties or import fees upon receiving your package.


We follow the shipping procedures by our personal choice of courier, unless requested otherwise.

We abide by their laws and regulations to safely ship the item you request out to you. By any means if the item cannot be shipped due to the severity of dangerous goods, we must treat the item abandoned.

If the item does arrives DOA, then please do send us an email immediately.


RETURNS/ REFUNDS

We follow our No Returns and No Refunds policy once the item has been ordered or shipped out. Please make sure that the item that you are purchasing is correct. 

When purchasing, you agree to our policy and understand that the parts you have ordered are final sales unless cancelled before the order has been processed.

In the case of an item being damaged when opened, we would need pictures of the box that it arrived in and the item itself. 

Sometimes our products are back ordered by Honda/Acura. The products you see may or may not be in stock but order made. In the case that your item is back ordered, we will let you know of the status 2 days after we confirm the status of your item. If in the case that your item is back ordered and you agree the alleged confirmed date, then we will proceed with the order. Anytime after that confirmation, you may not cancel your order any longer.
